are the darts of judgement used in a quest?

the reason i ask is because i picked them up and im afraid that they are used for a quest

You found them on a bed in a manor in the skar of Ald ruhn? If yes, then yes. They are for a thieves guild quest.

Well you could hold on to them if you wish, just dont use or sell or lose any of them. Other than that, its all good.
