What now?

I killed the big baddy and the gods are no longer immortal. I'm getting tribunal but till then what/where do I go from here. It seems that effectivly there isn't anything new to do except kill monsters over and over. can anyone give me some ideas please? thank you in advance

What about going through it again? With another proffesion, if Combat before. Then Stealth or Magic now...

Become Arcmaster in The Fighter's Guild, The Mage's Guild and Theif's Guild, although you can't become Arcmaster in The Fighter's Guild AND Theif's Guild.
If you Haven't yet chosen a House. It would be good to do that.
Walk around searching old Deadric and Dwemer ruins. Go to strange new places... Shortly: Do everything!

Play as a vamp on your second time through! Do a more thorough job exploring - I couldn't believe how many areas I missed the first time I played.

You can also do the Grand Tour, travelling the length and breadth of the land without regard to quests. Lots to do.
