Mandal - Dragon's Eye **SPOILERS**

Greetings! Released all prisoners, talked to Nheero, found Mandal's sword, all level one is 'cleared' all level two is 'cleared'...no Mandal's restless spirit. What now???

Haven't figured out when that stupid alchemist comes out either... to repair that rod thing. Argh.
EDIT
RIGHT after I posted this I found his body.
And yes I had his sword.
Anyhow, he pointed out where the mandrake root was... but I don't get it... this level has me extremely frustrated as I haven't been stuck at all until this chapter in the Dragon Eye.

What'cha mean u don't get it ? U don't get the item or U don't understand his clue ? If it's about the clue then highlight this :
the root was tossed into a wyrm nest so U gotta go back to level 1 to access it. it's the place on the bottom left corner of the map IIRC. U gotta go down the cave and get it. Some people report bugs that if you have slay the wyrm U can' tobtain the root. The last resort then is to use Dalekeeper editor to put the item into your inv. or go to iwd2 configuration and enable cheat console under game settings. Restart the game, press ctrl+ tab and type in the following ctrlaltdelete:createitem("61genmm")
then press enter. Modified root should be on first character.
And yes chapter 5 is the real headache - u gotta be patient

That's clever.... making one highlight it to get the answer.
Anyhow, actually, yeah, I did find it. I just forgot to re-edit to post that I had.
When I saw the "item" I thought I had left it there because my party is so weighed down, that I had started dropping things. I did end up going down there just to see.
I am unstuck at the moment.
I REALLY do appreciate these quick answers. I wish there was a quick and easy walkthrough to browse at times... Like I said, I haven't really been stuck until this point. Except for maybe once... but that's cause I was stupid.... and I had missed an entryway and thought I was out of rooms
