I`ve got this crane wheel which I`m supposed to give to Lumbar in Targos. He doesn`t want to know. When I report to Olap, he asks if I`ve fixed the crane yet and tells me to get on with it.
Where`s the crane, and how do I fix it, please?

Highlight for spoiler The crane is just by Lumbar, on the cliff edge. If you hover your cursor over the left of it as you look at it, you will see a blue area to click on. This opens an inventory screen and you place the cog in there
