How do I kill Frank Horrigan? Any good strategy would be appreciated.
When I fight his "Bodyguards", I usually kill two of them, but while I fight his Bodyguards, he has got enough time to destroy all the turrets, and walk all the way up to me..... Guess what happens.
And how do I make my party members join me, or atleast aid me against Frank. I can't have them join me when I am inside the Enclave base, and they can't join me on Frank's battle ground. What do I do?
Please help me defeat Frank.

Thank's UncleScratchy! I got him.
Although, I found a way to have my party members aid me in the battle. You just have to place them all at the southern wall, and pick them up before the battle begins. 'Cause he can't see you down there. Like you wrote.
It is a little dissapointing, that you can't see all the changes after the Enclave's fall.

Like seeing that new city your tribe built, and seeing Broken Hills in ruin. Stuff like that, I would really have liked to see.
Btw, I used a small gun, The Gauss Rifle. Damn it's good!
Thank's again, UncleScratchy.

Heh - first time I wacked him I didn't even know of the turrents.
I just used my Pulse Rifle - the most damaging weapon in the end game (if the opponent doesn't have telsa armour wich quite few actually use) for a "sniperish" char with 2 amined shots for the eyes ever round. (Pules rifle listed as 54-78 electrical where Gauss is listed as 32-43 normal)
I hit him for massive damage per shot
He barely damaged me becasue he was blinded by one of my first couple of shots

Btw, when we talk energy weapons: Where do you find the Sun Scorcher? It should be pretty cool, unlimited ammo in sunlight, pretty damaging.

Never found or heard of any such weapon. Do you know it actually exits in FO2 or is could this be another myth spread by unfounded rumor? The only thing that comes close is the Alien Blaster in FO1, but it uses small plasma charges.
Check out this place

Under the Fallout2/equiptment/Energy Weapons.
There you see it.....
And that Alien Blaster is there too.

My pleasure.
Yeah, it's a really cool site. I use it quite often.
Hmmmm.... I guess we'll just have to pick some more in Luck, and search for those weapons.

Hmmmm.... Thank's.
I guess I'll just start a new game, with more Luck, and that skill that makes you find more special encounters, Adventures skill, or something like that.

Ohh... Sorry, I meant perk, not skill. There's a perk called Adventurer, which makes you find many more special encounters.
Sorry.

Well there are a few fun ways to kill him, but it all depends on your stats. Those Bodyguards you mentioned, the first time I played I had pretty good Charisma, I actually convinced them that they should help me kill Horrigan. I think an easier way is to use that terminal in the same room to turn the turrets against him. To get your party members join you just put them in that room to the northeast of Horrigan's room, where the 'bodyguards" show up later. Also keep in mind that you can bring 1 party member with you through the enclave, you both need powered armor and it will be annoying getting through the maze.
If you wanna do it all alone or with just the help of the turrets you'll need the sniper perk.

About random encounters: it's better to spend your perks and skillpoints somewhere els. If you play long enough you will encounter them anyway.
