Help with console, please

Post by dansch »

I am running a mod the creates some NPCs. One got created in a position in which it is now stuck. I am looking for a reference (or help) on using the console to just delete this guy (so I can sleep in my bed again).

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to get to the main TES board, but it seems to be down or too busy, so can't check there at the moment, but have hit every other site in my bookmarks.

Thanks. Don't think it's a mod-related npc, think it's a Tribunal one that is spawning inside the mod building. In any case, I found out i can kill it with a bow just fine. It's a bit cheesy, since it can't attack me because it's stuck, but it resolves the problem.

I haven't found a console reference yet though. Only the odd command such as those you mentioned.

TES Construction Set Help:

PlaceAtPC

PlaceAtPC, ItemID, count, distance, direction
PlaceAtPC, “Ninja Man”, 1, 256, 1

Places the object at the PC, in the direction you specify and the distance. If that location is not safe (in the air, in a wall, etc), the object will be placed at one of the other axis or at the player’s exact location (feet).

direction is:

0 = front
1 = back
2 = left
3 = right
