whoaoaoa, enchanting takes a lot of experience to do well (actual experience I mean). But here are some answers to your questions to get you on your way.

1. Daedric items are usually the best, but there are some exceptions, well lots of exceptions, there are some really good sites on enchant points, but I go off my personal experience and not those.

2. Intelligence, Luck, and Enchant are the only stat/skills you need to raise.

3. Constant effect items require a captured goldensaint or an ascended sleeper soul. The soul can only be captured with a grand soul gem, so you need:

Grand Sould Gem: I you are level 9+ try the bitter coast regoin look in the smugglers caves and in their crates. In every Telvanni city they have some, but I'm not exactly sure where. In the telvanni vault in Vivec they have some too.

Golden Saint or Ascended sleeper: Golden saints can be found at most daedric runes, but you have to look around. Ascended sleepers can be found in some strongholds, and inside the ghost gate. If you can find conjuration scrolls of a golden saint that works too. Or you can purchase the spell at Tel Branora in Therana's Chamber (need to be able to levitate).

Before you get good enchantments you need a good character.

4. I usually only use constant effect, or cast when strikes for my weapons. I usually have a restore fatigue ring, but restore health rings are a bit too cheesy. Hopefully you can come up with fun and useful ideas.

5. Tips:
Always save before enchanting
Never enchant a good item by yourself (except using technique below)

My cheap way of enchanting constant effect items: (potions) 100 bloat, 100 ash yam, get them at the impial alter in sadrith mora. Master's set from calder mages guild in the tower. Make thirty potions, drink them make thirty more, drink them, make twenty more, drink them, make ten more, drink them, make ten more drink them. Enchant, but save before you start the whole making potions thinggy.

So my summary: For the best enchantments you need the best materials some of which can only be aquired by an at least passable character.

Does this mean that with the last option you mentioned you do not need the grand soulgem ?

And yes figured I might need loads of experience creating them, spent all of the day yesterday "mastering" alchemy and just now understanding the real power. As for Enchanting well I figured you can get some groovy **** but only with the right ingredients.

And one more thing how do I increase my enchant skill ? It is not like you can cast it so how do I................

Yes, you will still need a grand soul gem with a golden saint or ascended sleeper to make a 'constant effect' item.

IIRC, simply using an enchanted item contributes to your experience/skill increase, like running and jumping increases athletics and acrobatics. You can also pay for enchantment training to raise your skill.

Well, indeed, Intelligence and Luck are most important attributes. However, the natural 100 aren't quite enough to be sure in success for most complicated enchantments even if one's Enchant skill is also 100. It's because i always start with some Alchemy to boost the attributes far over the natural limits. Surprisingly, but the Personality is one more attribute you'd wish to boost before you're going on to something really serious. It's not my discovery, i got it from some post on this board (if only Gamebansee's search might work a bit better!), but i've got quite sound confirmation on it in my experience. As soon you can get 4000+ Intelligence, 1000+ Luck and about 1000 Personality the probability of failure is fairy low even if your Enchant skill is bellow 50.
Also i have discovered for me that the best way to develop Enchant skill itself is recharging instead of enchanting, moreover the size of a gem does not matter that much in this case and there's plenty of cliff racers in the game. And, as soon as you're going to use enchanted items you're interested in possibly higher Enchant skill even if you're a plain warrior - there's a difference if your enchanted sword gets exhausted after 20 or 60 blows, isn't it?
BTW, to start to develop the Enchant skill helps a little item i've used for quite a few games by now. It's a common ring absorbing 1 pt fatique on self for 1 sec ;) It does no harm because it's exactly the natural fatique restoration rate. :D The other, more useful is also common ring restoring some amount (max. for Common ring, in fact) of fatique at once - very worthwhile at long running, esp. if an unexpected encounter happens ;) They both are very cheap to buy at any professional enchanter altogether.

How come I can trap things by only using their corpse ? I have been able to trap those birdies and rats and such (haven't yet encountered much bigger creatures) after I killed them is this a bug ?

Don't think that's a bug. When I first started the game, I didn't understand how soul trap spell worked. So I would kill the creature and then cast the soul trap. It's very tricky to do but basically, there is a short time between the death blow and corpse status where you can cast the soul trap successfully. It's very hard and not worth it when you can more easily cast the 60 sec. soul trap before you give them the coup de grace. That way, timing is not an issue, and it's 100% successful.

Save but Golden Saints. It might be seen very clear if one has a weapon enchanted by Soultrap on hit. They sometimes are so busy dispelling themselves that have no time to hit back. :D IMHO, developers have taken care that such so desireable object isn't too easy to get.
