Experience Cap removal

Believe it or not (O.K. believe it), the experience cap was no problem when I first played this game. I didn't even approach 89000 exps. Now I've played more carefully and my team members are maxed out. When I searched for sites with exp. removal patches I found they're no longer there. Team BG's site isn't where it was before.
Where can I now find a patch to remove the experience cap? Please.
