No mindflayer to open the door

I'm in the mindflayer dungeon,
and some of the doors need te be opened by charmed mindflayers.
But their are no more mindflayers that I can reach, and somehow they don't respawn.
I have rested 100 times at different place, nothing.
Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it?

Wel there is one room where they're always supposed to respawn and always have for me, but I'd just suggest reloading as that may trigger the spawning area.

There's definitely one room where mindflayers spawn regularly--one about each minute, in fact. I don't believe this happens if you're in the room, however. You may need to have your party in another room at the time.

The most right room, where you get the fluid (don't know the name)
And the room connected to where the slaves are, there I usually find my mindflayers

slayer change will open the door...its scripted into the game...

I had exactly the same problem since I reinstall the game. Previously, I always went to the respawn room to pick one, but this time, no respawn for the last door to the Elder Brain. I waited and waited and waited... Nothing.
In the end, I had to Clua Console to create one for the door.
