I can guess the feather takes away some damage just like a shield does but the other 2 I got no id

Mark - sets a point for the Recall spell to teleport you to

Recall - teleports you to the spot you Marked (see above)

The two above spells are very handy for jumping into/out of areas that have no access to rapid transport.

Feather - reduces your encumbrance - this one takes so much magicka/enchantment points I don't use it - I boost strength, instead.
