Now normally I would have stumbeled into one allready but somehow I have yet to find my first exquisite shirt with my character. I went to some fine clothiers and even the one who did have an exquisite shirt with my other char did not seem to have one this time. Anyone got an idea of a fixed spot where you can find one ?

The assortiment in shops is more or less random, and so it is in containers of other sort (i remember i have had the same difficulties with steel dai-katanas and with exquisite belt last time). Something is fixed, of course, particulary those things what merchants have in unlimited stock, however i doubt very much if exquisite shirts can be find for sure in shops. There are some NPC wearing them, altogether i couldn't name them and they should be pretty high-ranked. If you're so desperate use console, it wouldn't change the gameplay that mach to be really cheating.
BTW, have you checked Al'ruhn under the Scar? And the Breton girl in Balmora have had at least one every my game.

You can get a full set of exquisite right in Balmora, if I remember correctly.

Do some cat burglary in the Manors.

Ralen Hlaalu (who is murdered) is wearing a full set of exquisite clothing. Just break into his house (up near the guard towers) and you will find him there dead. Take his clothes. You can also solve his murder for $$ and/or sponsorship into House Hlaalu.

@SSRat Sorry, Ralen Hlaalu has an extravagant suit, IIRC.

I know i got it off someone in Balmora. Are the exquisites in his bedroom upstairs?

If not, then i got them from Nerano Manor, but they could have been randomly placed.

As i said the Breton fine closier always have a set for me, but, then again, i'm a Breton usually, too BTW, the trader in Ald Welothi Outpost (left entrance) had an Exquisite Amulet and an Exquisite Shirt just now (i was level 60 with 52 rep. here, however).

find the clothier in tel mora
