patch and problem

the problem with the patch was that no one told me there was hang time of several minutes. patch is now installed. problem with hands wasthat after paying fine i was now a peaceful citizen . solved by hitting f key. thanks . ? why wont kocks or chests open i have security skill of 10. also is taunt worth upgrading

Ummm...I'd really like to help, but I'm not sure I understand all of your questions, if questions they indeed all are. The only one that I can make head or tail of is about opening locked chests - first of all, a Security of 10 is rather poor (it goes up to 100), and are you using a lockpick? You need to have a lockpick in your weapon slot and then "attack" a lock with it, and the better quality the pick is the greater chance you will have of succeeding, and the higher level of lock you can open. Picks range from Apprentice to Grandmaster.

better buy some unlocking scrolls and spells, you got a long way to go
