Is it worth getting?

its really good, my opinion, however i would suggest finishing morrowind first, it brings the game to a new level and is probably the toughest as far as adversaries, that youll face in the entire elder scrolls game.

I haven't finished the basic game yet but I did install Tribunal. I thinks it blends in well, I still follow the main story and all other quests but sometimes I make a trip to Mournhold, most of the time to sell stuff because the merchants are wealthier there. And also to put an end to the Dark Brotherhood disturbing my well earned naps.

I would advise to install Tribunal as fast as possible, just to take advantage of the improved journal and the extra button that can you can use in bartering to set the amount to the total amount in the pockets of the other party.

Some adversaries are indeed tougher, there is a Bosmer I refused to loan money to upset with me in Mournhold. He is unbelievably tough to beat, it was the first time I had to withdraw from a fight, barely living although I kept drinking restore health potions every few seconds. I am now making a lot of fortify magicka potions and I’m assembling a killer spell that I hope will help me if I decide to confront him again.

The bottom line is: if you like Morrowind, get Tribunal ASAP.

..well, actually the bottom line is my sig..

One other pleasant thing I noticed after having installed Tribunal is that enchanters keep the money you spend on enchanting in their pockets. If an enchanter has a 1000 gold for example, and you buy an enchantment for 7000 gold, after that he/she will have 8000 gold to spend. Which makes good trading partner for you excess weaponery or soul gems.

I am not sure if this enhancement was caused by installing Tribunal, but I only noticed it after doing so.

OK great - I'll get it, then!

Glad to hear the journal is improved - I'm finding the current journal in Morrowind rather impractical to use. I found I wasn't remembering to do various quests unless I actually wrote them down myself and ticked them off as I did them.

Install Tribunal as soon as you are able; meaning when your character can survive the initial fights. If you are starting a brand new game, you will not last. You have to be level 5 or so depending on your character class.

You can always disable the Tribunal data file if you keep getting killed. You will lose the journal update, but once you find a way to win the fights, you'll be all set.

My cryptic references to "fights" will become apparent when you install Tribunal.
