How do I use the Sunder and the Keening??
They just kill me when I wear them. I think the book Egg of Time has something to do with this.

It's supposed to be. You need the third item to use those two. Inevitably you'll come by it - very near the end of central story All in good time.

P.S. BTW, you've already asked where to find that key item
