I'm trying to create a tiny mod to make my life easier in Vivec, but not know where to start... Well, I can open the file in the Rendor Window, and have no idea what to do from there.

My purpose is to create a bridge between Redoran Canton and Foreign Quarter upper level, just like the one between Redoran and Hlaalu Cantons, so that I don't have to run down to the ground level bridge and run back to the plaza level again. That's getting annoy me. (I told you it's "a tiny mod"!)

Any advice?
