i am considering removing the experience cap and would like to know which method is better, or safer i suppose. the disabler which sets the limit to -1, or the remover which modifies the game a bit more but apparently allows for the normal bonuses as levels increase over the built-in game limit? i remember someone commenting that one of these utilities had created problems with the game such as super-long load times. thank you in advance.

the level 50 rules pack is the best and better of the afore mention. It allows progression upto level 50, there are currently 2 versions opf the pack:
Drizzt1180's and DonPC1 Drizzt's is more 2nd edition true whil DonPC's goes towards the 1st edition rules.

As for the long loading times it turned out to be a corrupted file in the game itself.

Right Magus.
