My computer has been contaminated!

Well it has. A nameless parrot who shall remain nameless added a certain beer drinking nemsis of mine to MSN and now i have like the whole freaking SYM on my msn.
Not that i mind, it is actually fun, but it needs to be de-contimated and purified. Anybody have any ideas?
And since was such a prick on the other thread, if anybody wants my msn just pm me. I just didnt want to post it on such a public forum.

Good god. I guess i am gonna have to deal with this all the time. However due to a couple of bored spammers i am behind on my work. I will defend myself at a later point in time...if i survive today....
