i think that something simmilar to this was posted before, but it seemed to me that it was mainly weapons... i would like to create this for ideas and etcetera... on intresting spells, cool enchantments and other things to this extent

"Daedric Blessing"
i used a daedric sheild (225 enchant points--i believe) with a constant enchantment and put on constant daedric summoning (boots, gloves, etc...)--the armor will be rellatively protective, and since it is summoned armor the armor will have their own individual effects (like feather, fortify agility...)

"aerys eye"
i used an exquisite ring (150 enchant points--i believe), and put a constant enchanment on it so that i have constant night eye of about 30-40 points (i also added feather onto it but only becuase i don't like being over encumbered)

Question: what item (weapon, ring,...) has the highest enchanment points---i want to make a major enchantment but its hard to find something with high enough points

On UESP (no links because it seems be down again) there was a list of all enchantable items. Exquisite amulets and rings have 120, top for apparel items, the Daedric Towershield, IIRC, has 225, then there might be expansion items.
Well known fact there's no reason to enchant with Feather, you may get the same carrying capability for the same cost in enchantment points enchanting with strength, what has some additional obvious benefits.
