I've just found an axe with "Bound axe for 60 secs on use". What does it mean?

I also have a soul gem with twilght something in it; its worth 60k. When I go to an enchater it has 300 charges - to enchant?

In general - how enchanted weapons work (what do the numbers mean?)

Bound axe means, when you equip the axe to your spell slot, from your magic items, and use/cast it, axe changes to bound daedric axe. It has fortify axe 10pts or something, and weights almost nothing. Don´t know exactly because I never use bound weapons. Just tested once. Charges in soul gem mean how many "shots" you have in item, as they use them depending what the item does and when. From scrib or rat you might get 30 or so, and up to 1400 from Almalexia. Also how much "juice" the item uses per use seems to depend on your enchant skill. Also how fast they recharge.

Boud weapon is good at the begining when the skill is low (the same regarding bound armor pieces). Latter in the game the only weapon really worth to use is the bound bow. The matter of taste, of course.
