On one of the temple quests you are asked to get a rilms gift spell which is a cure bilght on other spell?

Does anyone know where I can find this spell?

At the temple in Ald Ruhn. It cures both Blight and Common Disease on Touch, for less magicka than it takes to cure Blight on oneself. If you're doing temple quests, it's worth getting.
