after i finish the asylum i go to the copper cornet and there i see him die after he hasnot been in my party i try to find his heart for the illmatar temple but his heart is not there ??

You'll only get his heart if you take him to Spellhold and he tells you about the geas.

im thinking, if i petrify yoshimo on byrnlaw(before going to asylium) he will die when i get out of the underdark?
