Help! BiPolar Blade!

I'm trying to fill up the artifact museum, and next on my list is the BiPolar Blade. It says something about some getting it after hooking some people up. The problem is, I've already convinced the lady to go out with somebody else. So how can I get the blade now that she already has another boyfriend? Please help....
