playing IWD2 online

can somebody tell me how am i supposed to play IWD2 online? (please)

Going from memory since I do not have Gamespy installed at the moment
Get yourself an account at Gamespy The "lite" download is freeware, there is also an optional subscription fee for those that wish to pay for additional membership priviledges. Gamespy will then scan your pc for compatible games. Down the left hand side of the screen you will see a list of games, click on IWDII and you will be taken into a forum that show chat at the foot of the page, and available games at the top.
Have your CD in your drive, click on a listed game you would like to join and follow the on screen prompts.
If you want to start a game, click on the create room option, set the requirements of your game (max number of players, password to join etc) then when all who are to play are in the room (and have each clicked "ready") click on "launch game" button.

That or you can get All Seeing Eye, but it might not have IWD2 yet.
