the walk run thing

I asked in a previous thread about walking instead of sauntering, and running instead of walking. This was in reference to the ridiculously slow rate at which one travels in Morrowind. I do run everywhere, but were I myself walking next to my character, with equal encumberance, I could walk backwards faster than the character in morrowing can run.
So, if anyone does know of a mod that speeds up the general gameplay, without speeding up the clock, I would love to know.

Also, is there a mod that makes the NPCs who follow you less retarded?

Hell, my char is grease lightning..

I just maxed the Speed, Acrobatics and Athletics, + my light and heavy armour is 100 so now im not using any armour at all to train up my Unarmoured. My wieght is like 20 (with a few constant effect feather, that is) So now I run like the WIND, BABY!

As far as the other NPC's, sorry, I have not heard of a way to make them move their butts any faster. But for you, have you heard of the "Boots of Blinding Speed"

There aren't too many places where someone must follow you, but, bite the bullet and walk. It's usually only for a short time.
