I have Aerie and Nalia in my party now but for some reason all Nalia's spells seem to be greyed out and unusable. Can I not have both in my party or am I missing something.

You can have as many mages as you want.

Is Nalia wearing an armour by any chance?

Yes she is. I will remove it and see what happens.

PS - same happens with Aerie

Dual and Multi-classed mages have that problem a lot. Don't feel bad.
