i wanted a romance with viconia, but now jahieras more interested. viconia hasnt talked yet to me, so do i have to get rid of jahiera before i can start with her?

Both romance plots will proceed concurrently, but will eventually reach a point where you are forced to make a chioce between the two. Alternatively you can respond to Jaheira with one of the harsher options and she will stop bugging you.
