I'm currently running my first multi class, it's a Paladin/Fighter/Cleric

D), atm he is 2/1/1 (I only got one re agent), I'm hoping to get a cleric that can boost up himself so that he can beat the sh*t out of any opponent with the extra feats I got from the Fighter and Paladin classes.
In the end I'm aining on getting a Paladin(2)/Fighter(1)/Cleric(17) character

can the paladin MC without loosing some special feats etc.? (i'm not shure about this one, because in IWD2 you can MC a paladin to another class according to the paladin's diety without loosing his abilities...)

No, you don't lose abilities, but you can't advance further in the Paladin class.

First time, i played with a Paladin/fighter multi-class i ended up the game with a Paladin(12)/Fighter(4). The class worked pretty well especially with the "overpowered" Greatswords. I added the fighter levels for Weapon Spec and a few extra feats.
Then i run through the game solo with an Elven ranger/rogue. However i didn't finished it with this one but i got to Luskan a little before ending chapter 2 with a Ranger (9) / rogue(8)!. This multi-class has so many options and it is great fun. He could tank, go stealty, use any magic item set ambush etc.
Now i am testing a successful combo in IWD2 the Paladin (1)/ Sorcerer (x).

I like to use Paladin/Fighter/Cleric,but I find there's too many ability needs. A Paldin/Cleric is good, more levels in cleric than paladin for better spells. A monk/rogue, monk/wizard, monk/wizard/rogue are ones my friend uses, and usually ends up kicking ass in games.
