Tribunal - Black Dart Gang

While I was searching for the Dark Brotherhood early in my visit to Mournhold, I met a lady somewhere in the sewer system who wanted to warn me about the BDG. I didn't want to get sidetracked, and figured I would see her again, so I went on my merry way. I eventually disposed of these nasties, but can't find the lady ANYWHERE to complete the quest.
