HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't kill the monsters in rank 4 (at the battle squares).
I use a druid (LVL 10), because she have high HP and also alot of evocation spells that can defeat undead.
I finished 3 ranks and the problem is: i don't seem to get anywhere killing the monsters at rank 4 .
can somebody HELP me? i would be thankful...

Return at an later level.
Level 10 is to low to kill them.

The coming back later bit is something you have to be very careful about. I read on these forums that I can finish Battle Squares right after I get teleported back to the temple after Dragon's Eye. Sure enough, I was teleported, but the Battle Squares could not be started again - the levers just wouldn't move. So all I actually did was pass rank 1 and 2, because it started getting really frustrating at rank 3 and I decided to finish it later. But didn't...

Then it's to late (or so I've read on these forums)
But you can do it just before dragon's eye.

Also the square is a little bugged,
some of the monsters teleport to you're other team,
and if you kill it then you could get problems if you made the square or didn't

Battle Squares

Battle Squares are my favorite part of the whole game.
Some cheese.
You can prep you charactor with spells before selecting mode activated level. Set traps. Run behind the crystal golem when large creatures attact and use ranged weapons. Probably the best smoked cheese of all is the mace of disruption.
You can summon creaturs to aid you, just keep them on the outer squares of the Battle board when selecting a square. Try not to actually attack with them because they will teleport away, instead use them as bait to run the opponents in circles while using ranged weapons. Entagle effects are usefull. Also a note on the opponents teleporting to your party in the waiting room, I don't know what axtualy cause this to happon but you can still win the square. Just wound the creatur untill the crystal gollem arrives as you should also. when both arrive at the waiting room and the opponent is beaten on time you will still recieve the square.

can anyone tell me a cheat that can help me pass this???
I don't like cheating but this is getting very hard...

Try buffing with Imp Inviso (it ain't easy being cheesy), Stoneskin, Champions Str, Emo: Hope, Aid, or whatever decent duration buffs you have. And remember, nothing that you meet in the Squares is immune to a good butt kicking. Don't try to finesse this area but so much.

Go outside the ice temple and get buffed with that fire shield that the wizard will cast on you (for $$$). Then run back into the ice temple and win those battles!
