Quest for paladin

Is there anyone in the game who will give me the quest to find the two handed sword+5 or do I have to simply kill the red dragon?

I believe you get the sword after you kill the dragon in the windspear hills dungeon, it is the last quest for the high order of the radient heart in the temple district. I dont know if you need be a paladin to get this quest or if he is there no matter what, as my char. is a paladin

U don't need to be a paladin to kill the dragon,though u need to kill it to start the paladin stronghold quests

Yup, it's the final enemy in the winspear hills quest. When you kill it you'll get the Carsomyr and if you're a paladin you'll get your stronghold.
