Well, I just thought I'd show my ideas.

NPCs:

Brughardt Fireblade

Neutral Good Male Dwarf Fighter/Thief

Proficiencies:
** Short Sword

Personality:
An adventurous, somewhat gruff Han Solo-type corsair who can be found in the Docks area outside a boat in the SSE part of the district.

Quests:
- Save Brughardt's father (Waukeen's Promenade, fills in one of those unapproachable houses/shops)
- Something for a romance


Jaereg (can't think of a last name)
Lawful Neutral Half-Orc Cleric/Thief

Proficiencies:
** Staff
* Club
** Sling

Personality:
Kind of a stoner who still tries to discourage use of substances like Black Lotus. Can be located outside the Temple of Helm in the Bridge District. (I can think of him saying such like "Oh man, what a hangover.")

No idea so far.

Girdle of Chastity

Abilities:
Immunity to Charm, Dire Charm, Domination, and Emotion

Usable by:
Female
