Ok so I was robbing Tel Fyr and found something called the Deadric Sanctuary Amulet, anyone knows what it is?

Equip it. It will take you a special area for a fight, after which you'll get rewarded with an artifact.

thanks guys, weird looking sword, the only one of it's kind in this game I am sure, makes me feel sort of like a klignon(spelling?)
