Gold Brand sword?

Can anyone tell me where it is. i heard it was NW of Hla Oad but i have checked all the daedric shrines in that direction that i know of. could someone please tell me where it is but dnt refer to my paper map as i have lost it.

A LITTLE SPOILER:
You have to find the lost sunken shrine of the daedric god Boethia (or however its spelled). If you go NW of Hla Oad you will find a daedric ruin on the coast. This isn't it though, just a good point of reference. Now swim, fly or waterwalk due west from this shrine and look for sunken daedric ruins beneath the waters. Once you've spotted them continue to look for a statue. That's your goal. Now swim down to the base of the statue and look for it's broken off head. Initiate dialog with the head and it will give you a quest to complete and offer you the Goldbrand as a reward. Follow the clues the statue gives you and you should be able to solve it easily.
REALLY BAD SPOILER (highlight to read):
The statue wants you to make him a new statue. He gives you a clue that should lead you to Caldera. In case you didn't pick up on that go to Caldera and find a character that likes carving. Try the Ghorak manor. One of the orcs has a big rock that he's carving. Talk to him and he'll tell you he can carve the statue but will need a picture of the statue and gold to hire workers. Now go to the bookshops and ask about picture books for daedric gods. The dialog will lead you to a bookshop in Vivic and you can purchase the book there. Now go back to the orc and give him the book and gold. He will tell you he's found a nice boulder near Khartag Point to make into the new statue and that it will take a couple weeks time. You can visit him occassionally to check on progress. Khartag Point is on the coast north of Gnaar Mok and south of the Andasreth fort. When the statue is complete initiate dialog with it and the god will give you Goldbrand.
