Multiplayer and modding

So, after checking the features-section, I know that the game will support some sort of online-team-based-bla-bla-multiplayer. This sounds a bit cryptic, and Im wondering how many players the game will support in multi?

Moreover, Im wodering if the game will support mods in the way that Redemption did. Ive never seen such a resilient and serious and large mod-community as the one for that game. It would be great if this game would continue on that.

And, will there be some sort of storytelling function for multiplayer-mods (like in VTM-Redemption or Neverwinter Nights)?

You might want to check out Morrowind, then. Whether you like the game or not, there are literally more than 500 mods out there now, though few of 'em amount to extensive 9 or 10-quest adventures.

Have any large questing mods been made for V:TM Redemption? I'm asking, because the one game aspect I liked least was its relentlessly linear gameplay.

Well, that answers none of my questions, but its good to know that Morrowind has such a great mod-community. The game is awesome. Shame it does not support multiplay.

Acctually Morrowind currently has bout 5500 plugins (mods) and round 2000 modders, which officially makes it game with largest modding community ever.

I can see how it's misleading. After all, if you type cmblist (or cmdlist, one or the other) into the console, you get a list of options.. And one of those options is to increase the number of players allowed on the server. It would sorta suggest you could have.. You know, 2 or more.
Mind you, none of those cheats seem to have "create a game other people can find and join" as an option, so yeah.. I'd say untill they decided they should patch something in, it's one player only.
