1)I just Ignus and F-F-G tells me it's better not to have him around - should I worry about him burning some guy I would have talked to ? (like that woman in SC Bar ?) Or is it completely (ok wrong word there) safe to travel with him ?
2)is there a possibilty of romance with Annah ? (yes or no will do

)
3)F-F-G and Annah don't seem to get along - it won't break up my party will it ?

1) I don't know. I have never taken Ingus in my party. I find him annoying.
2) Yes, if you are wise and clever enough not to hurt her feelings.
3) No, it won't. Unlike BGII, in PS:T no party member leaves, no matter how bad they get on with each other.
Hope it helps.

He's mostly ok to take along, except for this one part, but that part won't hurt anything. But he won't burn anyone or make a choice for you or anything.

I thought that I had one banter where Annah and Fall-from-Grace got into a fight. It might have been that I chose the wrong dialogue option, though. Maybe it was like asking Vhailor to judge people: a conscious choice. I'm pretty sure those two can get into a fight, though...

If you have Annah and Grace for long enough their party interactions lead to Annah leaving the group. You can convince her to join again though.
Most people don't get it because it takes too long.

How long is "too long?" I've gotten both Annah and Grace as early as possible, and once built up my characters to about 30th level. Neither left.
I have to wonder if the choice of either as a potential mate, which becomes apparent to the entire party during the Ravel encounter, could have some effect on this. Typically, my NO has encouraged by words a relationship with Annah, who is the more emotionally insecure of the two. Had I switched allegience to Grace or not created any bond (however tenuous) with Annah, the results might have been different.

It happens via those party interactions.
They have a set number of them that always happen in the same order, and they happen at random intervals I guess.
Once Annah talks to Grace for the fifth time, that is the dialog she gets mad and leaves at (note that the times Grace initiates dialog with Annah are a separate thing, as are the times Annah initiates dialog with other party members besides Grace to complain about Grace).
But those interactions happen so relatively rarely, and you get Grace so late in the game, that it hardly ever gets that far.
But it has happened to people.
The romances do not affect it.
Here are the five interactions in order (spoilers):
----------------------------
Annah: "So, how long will you be traveling with us, succubus?"
Grace: "As long as I am permitted, I suppose."
Annah: "Well, ye're not permitted. I don't trust yeh."
----------------------------
Annah: "So uh... when are yeh heading back to yer knocking shop, succubus?"
Grace: "I don't know if I will be going back."
Annah: "Well, it's where yeh BELONG, so maybe yeh should."
----------------------------
Annah: "Yeh better watch yerself, succubus. Yeh step outta line and start hunting for souls, yeh'll catch my blades."
Grace: "I'll be careful. I assure you, I have no such hungers."
Annah: "Well, I *would* take yeh at yer word, but since ye succubi are all perfumed lying harlots, I won't."
Grace: "Not all of us, Annah. I would encourage you to be more open-minded. You have fiend blood as well, and you have many good qualities."
Annah: "You just keep away from me. In fact, maybe you should keep away from all of us."
----------------------------
Annah: "How much longer are yeh going to be dragging yerself with us, succubus?"
Grace: "Annah, jealousy is a two-edged blade. If you keep --"
Annah: "Jealous? I'm not jealous! I don't even know how to spell jealous! I just don't trust yeh... and none of us do!"
Grace: "Very well, then."
----------------------------
Annah: "I've had enough of yeh and her! Go on and travel with her then, if yeh like her company! I'll have nothing more to do with yeh!"
Grace: "Annah, look, we should -"
Annah: "Oh, don't you 'Annah, look' me, yeh black-hearted harlot, I'll carve yeh, so I will! Always puttin' on yer airs with yer fine clothes and yer nose up in the air -- I've had enough of yeh! Yeh can burn for all I care!"
----------------------------
And then she leaves the party, remaining there. You can talk to her again and convince her to rejoin.

@ Platter --
I don't recall experiencing the last three interactions. Another thing is that in my games one of the most frequent occuring line is with Grace trying to initiate a short of discussion with Annah ("Annah, we should talk...") Annah saying, "I have nothing to say to you, succubus", and Grace's "Very well then."
They must really take too long for the player to experience them...

The interactions Grace starts are a seperate thing.

Oh, I see. Then, it seems that the ladies do not argue a lot in my games. Thanks for the clarification, though.
