I can't remember either his name or what Inn it is (helpful I know), it might be The Seven Vales or the inn in Trademeet.
You go in and this man starts raving about you being a Bhaalspawn, then he says 'Oh no, not again' and gets zapped by Bolt Of Glory (I think). Does this bloke have any significance?

Remarkably enough, I know who you're talking about. He makes another appearance in Throne of Bhaal, but I think that's it.

Anyways, that's right.

He becomes somewhat useful in ToB at one point, and you can also get some EXP out of him. If you want a hint as to what to do, tell me or look up 'Viekang' (that's his name) with the search for the ToB forum.

I kind of think that was the point... to make you wonder.
