I haven't been playing Morrowind for quite some time and just started playing again two weeks ago. I just got Bloodmoon last night and was wondering, should I cheat to raise my levels quickly so I can play Bloodmoon?(Being that the game requires a high leveled character)

That is entirely up to you. I get no satisfaction from cheating and would advise against it. But that's just me

I wouldn't cheat I'd just lower the difficulty slider to suit my level
