SoU - How Do I get uncursed?

It seems that resting and/or potions have cured every status anomaly I've ever been afflicted with, but this curse anomaly just seems to last forever. How can I get rid of it? BTW - I'm at the library part of the 2nd chapter.

I realize you've probably figured it out at this point, but Curses are permanent. Either cast a spell to get rid of it (Cleric/Mage) or use a scroll which Ashtara might have .. of course, you need UMD to use the scroll. Otherwise, you're out of luck..
