Transform to mustard jelly

I transformed into a mustard jelly using the cloak of the sewer, in order to fight the lich, but I still got damaged by his magics.
Is the 100% magic resistance listed on this website correct?
By the way Mace of Discorruption +2 rocks. One hit kills a lich. Huhuhuhu. Absolutely awesome!

Well 100% magic resistance doesn't mean you totally immune to magic, your level and the level of the magic user comes into play when deciding the final percentage.
Maybe someone else can shed light on how it's calculated?

I'm pretty sure 100% magic immunity is just that, 100%. Maybe you've got an item on that SETS (not boosts) your MR to a certain percentage? I think the unpatched Carsomyr does that, along with a few other items.

the cloak transformation does not give you 100% MR, the "Polymopph Self" spell transformation does. you can see it in your record.
some spells work through MR (e.g. Sunfire)
Carsomyr does SET MR to 50%, rven if you have other items, it will re-set it after every hit.

Ah, that's probably why. I have an item that gives 20% magic resistance. The lich almost killed me with the horrid wilting.
