You'll all hate me for this - but I gotta ask a Jaheira Romance question

You all seem like people in the know about such things, so I ask you, how much longer do I have to put up with Jaheira asking me if I enjoy all these battles?! I've had two visits from the Harpers and I read that more will come, or Jaheira will disappear leaving a note behind saying that she's going to the Harper hold. How much more do I have to do before it's finally dealt with. I'm at the gate to Suldanessellar and I want to get this over with. Or is it possible to continue and complete the romance in ToB?
