Problem with Patching

I have reinstalled trhe game for the tird time when i try to update from the auto run it tells me unable to patch and some more stuff but when i patch it manually during the installation it tells me to overwrite a file if a click yes i wont be able to play the game therefor i have to crack the exe then it will alow me to play and if i click no it will do the same so i still have to crack the exe but with the cracked exe it doesnt let me play online ! so wath can i do to fix these problems
