a weird rumour (sp)

I read this on another board, it´s about the lion, spider etc. figurines:
``Kool, do u guys have all the figurines? Did u know theres an awesome way to use them. If u go to a hidden Cowled Wizard he'll bind each figurine to a selected weapon.``
The author doesn´t say anything more about it, and doesn´t respond on how to get there.
Has anyone ever heard about it??
