1. hi everyone where do i get the tools to destroy the ice covers on the sceletons in bloodmoon?

2. i can't fight when in werewolf form, no claws no hand to hand nocthing. any comments?
i became werewolf through the ring and not by the disease, i m through the main quest

1) You'll get one eventually if you help the mining colony.

2) You have to "pull out your claws" - press F.
