I installed the Darkest Day and the new character mods and feel sure the mods were installed in the correct order now, (SOA, TOB, patch, Darkest Day, non-weidu mods, weidu mods, romance pack).

However, I've just got stuck in a bizarre encounter in the Docks with two dwarves called Kompt and Tump who are harrassing a girl over a blanket that she's taking to her sick mother. Irrelevant of which conversation option I take, (to threaten to kill them, to offer them money to go away, to do nothing, etc), just after the encounter ends it immediately begins again exactly the same and keeps looping round, with no chance of escape.

The only way I can get rid of it is to not comment about what they're doing but then Tashia gets annoyed with me and leaves my party saying we're now enemies!

What's happening? Please can someone help me?

Interesting. I had a problem occur in exactly the same situation. Once I'd made any choice to resolve the situation, my party was unable to run, and all actions were performed as if slowed by more than half.

I posted the difficulty here, but never could get any reasonable resolution. Keeping the savefile, uninstalling the game, reinstalling, and swapping mod loads around made no difference: the saved game would put me back in the same situation.

The two mods that appeared to be in conflict were Tashia and Kelsey. Do you by chance have both of them installed, and both NPCs in your party?

Yes, I have both Tashia and Kelsey installed and in my party.

I have temporarily overcome this problem by sneaking the whole party invisibly out of the Docks area so these Dwarves can't see me to start the looping conversation. However, if I go back there visible again the problem will start over.

I think it probably has more to do with Tashia/Kelsey than TDD, moreso Tashia since she is the one who reacts to your refusing to help. I have TDD installed and it is running without a hitch, I never met the dwarves, but then I don't have Tashia installed...

btw, did you patch TDD? It should be 1.03a IIRC, and the patch should have been installed before the Weidu mods.

Try TeamBG if you think it might be TDD related.

Yes, we patched TDD with the 1.03a patch and did it before the Weidu mods as far as I'm aware.

I had the same problem but in the graveyard, after the first encounter with Bhodi. I didn`t get into a conversation loop, the opposite - neither Tump not Komt would speak to me.
Whichever choice I made, Tashia told me off.
I don`t have Kelsey nor TDD installed.
