Bethseda?

I've sent 4 emails to Bethseda concerning a problem I've been having and have not received a single return! Anyone else having this problem? The first email was sent over 2 weeks ago, to the latest, 3 days ago.

I emailed them concerning a problem they responded to. My game was crashing out to the system. They told me to dl the lastest drivers for my graphics card. When I did that the game now reboots my system!!! Now I cant play Morrowind at all, and the tech support wont email me back to help,

Does anyone know how to uninstal a driver, and revert to an old one on Windows xp for a geforce 2 Mx driver? I rather play with the game crashing occassionally to my desktop then having it reboot my system

Go to Display in your control panel, Click the settings tab, click the advanced button near the bottom, choose the adapter tab, then properties, then driver and choose the rollback button. It should return the device to it's previous driver.

tnx! I still dont know why im not getting any tech support though (from Bethseda)

Bad tech support is the norm for most game companies, I think. They usually tell you to reinstall windows or something equally asinine, then stop responding to your email or put you on hold for an hour. Your best bet is to get tech help from someone who's computer savvy on a forum like this one.

YES I KNOW!!!! My video card does not work with morrowind...I
e-mail tech support and they ALWAYS reply in a timely matter. However they also ALWAYS give me the EXACT SAME e-mail saying to give them direct X info... I do just that, only to find out the EXACT SAME response! Saying my Video Card isn't compatible!
my game works fine except for a few small flaws here and then. It's like they have A ROBOT back there responding to me !!!!
