I am currently on the last quest for the Tribunal expansion. I have found info on how to solve the problem I am having. The article says to go to the Editor, however this assumes I know where that is. The solution seems straight forward but I need the first step. Please help I cannot finish my quest with this graphics glitch.
If anyone knows how to open the editor and access it please respond.

I'm assuming you're looking for the Construction Set under Bethesda Softworks on your Start Menu.

If you're talking about the fog in the Fabricant Room there is a patch you can DL from MW Summit mods that will fix it. Look for "Steamfree" in the titles section.
