i got my sorceror to level 18, and i don't which spells should i choose.
first of all, all the spells in level 9 look good. is there anything better? something which can be more useful that others?
second of all, i can choose spells for the abilities - my options are, extra level 6 spell, energy blades, comet, improved alacrity, dragon's breath and summon planter. i was thinking about the improved alacrity spell, any suggestions?


i finally killed that imix dude of fire. i last time i played the game (saturday) for three hours and when i got to him i just couldn't kill him. i tried five times. now i've played again and killed him at the first time. don't know why it was so hard last time. such an easy battle.

as for imoen. i got her that necklace for imix the dude and it's a god one. got her ac for -3 and find traps much better (20%). the woman got better. maybe there's a hope for her after all.

Improved Alacrity all the way. No question.

what about the level 9 spells? any tips?

i remember that there was once a discussion in the SoA forum about this one. some said that this spell isn't 'fair', because basically the argument was that in that time you can cast several spells whice finish the battle without any.... trouble?

I wouldn't worry about using Improved Alacrity + Timestop. After all, your opponents won't.

I remember you saying that this combo was TOO powerful!
(then, if you have installed Dave Gaider's Improved Fights + Tactics Mod + Improved Battles Mod + Ascension, no legimate combo can be considered TOO powerful )

All people like diffrent spell. i forexample prefer to pick my own spells. only one spell i got from others i liked (cloudkill)

i would go with timestop and dragons breath or summon (dark)planetar

Your opponents won't have autopause:spell cast, Vecna robe, and amu of power, either.

My English needs a revamp, it seems I understood the opposite of what Fable meant
