So i'm walking on the ocean floor of Manaan, and while i'm trying to kill the firaxa my char is firing blaster beams at the shark which isn't supposed to happen, and to top it off after the combat my char is stuck and i can't move anymore... i'm using a scoundrel now and this never happened during the times i used a soldier char carrying a lightsaber. Anybody had this experience?

I assume you're talking about the final giant fixara. I played as a scoundrel and that didn't happen. But that's terribly odd, considering you're not able to use weapons at all once you're on the ocean floor, just that sonic pulse thingy. I had a lightsaber equipped when I went down there. Did you save before going out onto the ocean floor? Maybe un-equpping the blaster would do the trick. That's the only thing I can think of...
