is v1.2.4 the latest patch, or is there a latter?

if there is one more recent, can you please tell me where to go to get it?

if not, if 1.2.4 is the latest, I found that using the search engine.

but I dont always trust search engine cause sometimes for other games Ive found older patches, so thats why im asking, hopefully someone knows
