System Requirements?

Could someone please post the system requirements thank you...
here's what it says on the box:
Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP
Required: Intel Pentium II 350 MHz or AMD K6(R)-III 400 MHz * 64 MB RAM * DirectX-compliant video card * DirectX-compliant sound card * 4x CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive * DirectX 8.0 or higher
Recommended: Intel Pentium III 500 or AMD Duron or Athlon processor * 128 MB RAM * 16x CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive * Broadband (Cable/DSL) connection for multiplayer * Windows XP
